  On November 15, 2025, the annual Tobacco Leaf Grading Training session, organized by the Tobacco Industry and Marketing Board (TIMB) of Zimbabwe, was successfully held. Mr. Jun Du , a representative of Zhongshang Commerce Tobacco Co.,LTD (hereinafter referred to as "our company") stationed in Zimbabwe, actively participated in the event. He joined tobacco growers from Zimbabwe's premier quality tobacco fields and seasoned professionals from the international tobacco leaf industry, all converging for this industry gathering focused on professional development.

  The training content was both in-depth and comprehensive, featuring lectures delivered by a team of senior experts with decades of experience in the tobacco sector. Starting from the century-long development history of Zimbabwe's tobacco industry, the expert team systematically elaborated on core technical aspects of tobacco cultivation, quality control standards during the primary curing stage, and key processes involved in the recuring technique. Particular emphasis was placed on the critical stage of tobacco leaf grading. Combining the characteristics of local tobacco varieties, the experts provided detailed insights into grading indicators, assessment methods, and practical operational skills. The learning atmosphere within the venue was intense, with all trainees listening attentively, diligently taking notes on key points, and proactively raising questions regarding challenges encountered in their practical work. The experts patiently and meticulously addressed each query, resulting in frequent and substantive interactions.

  Following the theoretical instruction, the trainers led all participants to the fields for hands-on, practical sessions. On-site, the instructors demonstrated how to grade tobacco leaves by observing characteristics such as color, oil content, and maturity, effectively translating abstract theoretical knowledge into tangible practical experience. This approach significantly aided participants in quickly absorbing the learned material, achieving a deep integration of theory and practice, and enhancing the training's relevance and effectiveness.

  This training provided our company with a valuable opportunity for learning and exchange. It has effectively enhanced our staff's professional skills in areas such as tobacco leaf grading and quality control, while also enriching their knowledge base in related fields.
