  To further deepen strategic collaboration and solidify the foundation for QR code project cooperation, a delegation from Zhongshang Commerce Tobacco Co.,LTD (hereinafter referred to as "our company") visited Shenzhen New Trend International Logis-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NTI") for an on-site inspection on November 20, 2025. The delegation was led by Deputy General Managers Ying Chen and Ruling Lin, along with Taxed Market Manager Fei Shao. They were received by Heping Wang, Digitalization General Manager of NTI's Fifth Business Division, Technical Director Xiaotian Zhu, and others.

  First, Director Zhu introduced NTI's development history, core technologies, and related information to the delegation. He then accompanied them on a tour of NTI's Smart Logistics Experience Center, core production workshops, and technology exhibition hall, providing a comprehensive display of its strengths in smart logistics system integration and intelligent equipment R&D. From independently developing its Warehouse Management System (WMS) in 2003, to listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board in 2016, and to winning the national-level "Manufacturing Single Champion" title in 2024, each key milestone demonstrates the company's sustained innovation capability and industry leadership. Currently, NTI possesses over 900 product copyrights and patents and has established a global marketing network and technical service system. Its mature technology and practical experience in areas such as QR code applications and digital traceability highly align with our company's needs.

  Subsequently, the two sides held a discussion, engaging in in-depth exchanges focusing on the technical upgrade, scenario expansion, and future cooperation directions of the QR code project. NTI shared its implementation experience in benchmark projects like the China National Tobacco Corporation QR Code Project and the Regulation & Dispatch Coding Project, showcasing its full-process service capabilities from solution design to execution. Deputy General Manager Chen, considering our company's needs and business layout, provided constructive suggestions regarding project optimization and resource coordination. Manager Chen expressed that this on-site inspection provided a deep appreciation of NTI's robust strength in technology R&D and production manufacturing, further solidifying confidence in deepening cooperation. He looked forward to starting with the QR code cooperation project to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages. General Manager Wang stated that NTI would fully leverage its technological and platform advantages to wholeheartedly support the advancement of the cooperative project and jointly explore more innovative application scenarios.

  This inspection not only enhanced mutual understanding between the two teams but also further refined the communication and collaboration mechanisms, laying a solid foundation for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes in areas like QR code technology application.
