  After a ten-year interval, Zhongshang Commerce Tobacco Co.，Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has once again entrusted Hong Kong's Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Nanyang Brothers") with the processing and production of our Royal Cat brand, marking a renewal of in-depth collaboration between the two parties. On November 18, 2025, to ensure the smooth progress of the renewed partnership, a delegation from our company visited Nanyang Brothers for on-site alignment and problem-solving. The delegation included Deputy General Managers Ying Chen and Ruling Lin, Production Director Zongwei Wang, and Taxed Market Manager Fei Shao.

  Previously, issues such as tobacco moisture content had momentarily impacted the production schedule. However, Nanyang Brothers, demonstrating a rigorous work ethic and standards, actively communicated with our team. Through collective brainstorming and the full application of expertise from both sides, the challenges were successfully resolved. During the visit, the two sides engaged in detailed and thorough discussions focusing on production processes, quality control systems, production capacity assurance, customs clearance, and shipment logistics. Consensus was efficiently reached, laying a solid foundation for the seamless advancement of subsequent work.

  This cooperation serves as a positive beginning for the renewed partnership, with every stage reflecting a high degree of mutual sincerity and strong synergistic capabilities. As the production partner, Nanyang Brothers has fully demonstrated team responsibility and cohesion, providing robust assurance for the successful completion of our production tasks.

 Our company will use this collaboration as an opportunity to continuously strengthen full-process coordination and cooperation with Nanyang Brothers, deepening partnerships in areas such as production processing, technical R&D, and quality control.
