CCTC Deputy General Manager Ying Chen and Business Team were Invited to Participate in the Explanation Meeting on QR Code Assignment Held by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration.

On August 16, 2023, Chen Ying who is the Deputy General Manager of China Commerce Tobacco Co.,LTD(CCTC), and Fei Shao, Haozhe Guo from the business department of CCTC went to Beijing Cigarette Factory to participate in a briefing session organized by the STMA on the upcoming implementation of QR code assignment and visited the BCF. Representatives of other imported brands were also invited to the event.

At the meeting, the leaders of the QR code project team  explained in detail about the management regulations of QR code for imported cigarettes and specific requirements. The relevant person in charge of Beijing Cigarette Factory gave a detailed introduction to the implementation of QR code assignment for the factory's products, and also shared experiences.

After the meeting, the participants visited the workshop of Beijing Cigarette Factory, and learned in detail about the QR code "box condition" related operations and cigarette coding, scanning and other production processes.

During the event, Ying Chen actively communicated with the relevant leaders of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, experts from Beijing Cigarette Factory and foreign personnel. Through this activity, our company has a deeper understanding and knowledge of the production line of QR code assignment. At the same time, our company will actively learn from the advanced management process and experience of our peers, optimize the production process of our Royal Cat brand, and try our best to produce high-quality products in compliance with the regulations of the STMA, so as to provide high-quality and trustworthy Royal Cat cigarettes for the majority of our domestic consumers.
