On December 22, 2023, Chairman Jianxin Zhang of Zhongshang Commerce Tobacco Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") convened a meeting with Chairman Wu Ye of Zimbabwe FuNuo Company (hereinafter referred to as "FuNuo") at the corporate headquarters. Aligned with the shared objective of fostering a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership, both entities strategically harnessed their respective resources and competencies. Operating under the guiding principles of mutual consultation, collaborative construction, and shared benefits, the parties formally and officially consummated a cooperative agreement.
