Visit to China Duty Free Yunnan Stores and Conduction of Front-line Staff Training

    From March 26th to 29th, 2024, in an effort to bolster business resurgence and fortify the promotion of both new and existing products, Xiao Sun, the China Duty Free Marketing Director of  Zhongshang Commerce Tobacco Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), undertook visits to the Mohe Duty-Free Store and Kunming Airport Duty-Free Store within the Yunnan Duty-Free Market, sequentially. During these visits, he conducted training sessions for frontline staff members within the stores, aimed at elevating their marketing proficiency and bolstering their sales zeal for Yumao cigarettes.

    Throughout the training sessions, Director Sun commenced by delivering an exposition on our company's corporate backdrop, industrial framework, and its positioning within the realms of tobacco production, research, development, and sales. He proceeded to furnish an exhaustive overview of our company's quartet of offerings: Yumao-Wangdao, Yumao-Ruicao, Yumao-Ronghe, and Yumao-Yuxiang, encompassing narrative brand elucidations, packaging delineations, technical attributes, and product metrics. Employing mnemonic and resonant keywords, he succinctly encapsulated the product's salient features, with particular emphasis placed on the advocacy for our novel offering, Yumao-Yuxiang. The interactive segments witnessed active and engaged participation from the staff members, who adeptly fielded queries and actively engaged in role-playing scenarios to simulate sales scenarios.

  Director Sun consistently threaded our company's "healthy smoking" ethos throughout the entirety of the training, underscoring that all our product formulations, ranging from raw material selection to formulation refinement, are anchored around this guiding principle. Building upon this foundation, he delineated the application of technological interventions and formulation adjustments aimed at further reducing tar content and associated harm.

 

  The visit engendered a prevailing sentiment of optimism and receptivity among duty-free store operators towards market rejuvenation. Their resounding endorsement of the flavor profile and strategic positioning of our new product, Yuxiang, augurs well for our company's prospects, with firm commitments voiced towards actively supporting the resurgence of our product portfolio.
