China Duty-Free New Product Launch - Store Visit Report

    Just before the National Day holiday, Zhongshang Commerce Tobacco Co. Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "our company") successfully launched two new products—Yumao "Yuxiang" and slim Yumao "Ronghe"—in Xiamen Duty-Free and Hangzhou Duty-Free stores.

To strengthen the promotion of our brands and products, enhance store sales, and boost the enthusiasm of sales staff,from September 25 to 28, 2024 , our company's Marketing Director Xiao Sun and Marketing Manager Fei Shao visited the Xiamen and Hangzhou Duty-Free stores at their invitation. They also conducted on-site training for frontline sales staff.

    During the training, Manager Fei Shao first gave a brief introduction to our company, covering our background, operations, and expertise in tobacco production, research, development, and sales. He then explained the key aspects of our four products currently on sale—Yumao "Wangdao," "Ruicao," "Ronghe," and "Yuxiang"—including brand stories, packaging design, technical features, and product specifications, with a special focus on the newly launched Yumao "Ronghe" and "Yuxiang."

Next, Director Xiao Sun shared in detail our company's "healthy smoking" philosophy, emphasizing that all our products are developed around this concept, from raw material selection to formula research. He further explained how we’ve reduced tar and minimized harm through advanced technology.

Finally, frontline sales staff participated in a product tasting session, where they evaluated the packaging, appearance, craftsmanship, and flavor of our products. They also engaged in active discussion and conducted mock sales scenarios.

    After the training, Director Xiao Sun and Manager Fei Shao visited the inbound and outbound duty-free shops to conduct on-site inspections.

    This training and visit strengthened the promotion of our brand and products, reinforced our key selling points, and increased the enthusiasm of the store's sales personnel. It also enhanced their recognition of our products, boosting customer loyalty and laying a solid foundation for future sales in the duty-free market.
