Zhongshang Tobacco Partners with Zimbabwe Enterprises to Start a New Journey of Tobacco Cooperation

On January 20, 2025, Chairman Jianxin Zhang of ZHONGSHANG COMMERCE TOBACCO CO.LTD (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), met with Mr. Mahufe, Chief Executive Officer and his delegation of VOEDSEL TOBACCO INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD(hereinafter referred to as "Zimbabwe company") in the Group's conference room to discuss matters of tobacco supply and marketing cooperation. The two sides held in-depth talks on tobacco supply and marketing cooperation and successfully reached a preliminary cooperation intention. Chairman Zhang was accompanied by Ying Chen , Deputy General Manager of our company, and relevant personnel from the Sales Department.

Chairman Zhang firstly expressed his warm welcome to CEO Mahufe and his delegation, and both sides briefly introduced their respective companies.

Chairman Zhang pointed out that China is major tobacco consumer, and our company has accumulated rich experience in domestic tobacco industry and international trade. Our company can utilize our resources to partially satisfy the demand of our company and the domestic and international tabacco market for Zimbabwe's tobacco leave and other African producing areas, and at the same time, we can also satisfy the sales and capital demand of Zimbabwe company. Mr. Mahufe expressed his appreciation for our channels and international trade industry resources, and would like to strengthen the cooperation with us to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.

At the meeting, the two sides communicated in detail on the formulation of strategic framework agreement, tobacco quality control, transportation and processing, and supply and demand balance, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.

The cooperation between our company and Zimbabwe company is expected to fully integrate the advantageous resources of both sides and create a new situation of mutual benefit and win-win in the field of tobacco supply and marketing. In the future, both parties will continue to strengthen communication, accelerate the cooperation process, and ensure that the cooperation project will take root as soon as possible.
