Training Report of CDF-Sunrise Duty Free

From April 27 to 29, 2025, at the invitation of storefronts, Xiao Sun, Marketing Director of China Duty-Free (a subsidiary of Zhongshang Commerce Tobacco Co.,Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "our Company"), and Fei Shao, Manager of the Marketing Department, conducted specialized training sessions for frontline sales staff at Beijing Daxing International Airport and Beijing Capital International Airport stores. The training aimed to enhance brand and product promotion, improve terminal sales performance, and boost the motivation of sales personnel.

During the session, Director Xiao Sun began with an overview of the Company’s development history, business strategy, and integrated advantages across tobacco production, R&D, and sales. She then provided an in-depth analysis of four flagship products under the "Yumao" series—"Wangdao," "Ruicao," "Ronghe," and "Yuxiang"—highlighting their brand ethos, packaging aesthetics, technical innovations, and key product specifications. Particular emphasis was placed on the newly launched "Yuxiang," a record-breaking product, with detailed insights into its market competitiveness and unique selling points.

Director Sun further elaborated on the Company’s core philosophy of "Health-Conscious Smoking," underscoring that all products adhere to a "Greater Health" approach—from stringent selection of raw materials to formula development—while leveraging innovative technologies to reduce tar and harmful constituents, thereby reinforcing product differentiation.

The interactive segment allowed frontline sales teams to experience the products firsthand, evaluating packaging texture, cigarette craftsmanship, and smoking sensations. Simulated sales scenarios were conducted, fostering lively discussions and achieving notable engagement outcomes.

This training deepened frontline staff’s understanding of the Company’s brand and products, sharpened their grasp of key selling points, and significantly boosted team morale and product confidence. It laid a solid foundation for strengthening partnerships and further penetrating the duty-free market.
